Our Story
The Gaddy brothers have long been passionate about sports. From an early age, their father ensured they were involved in a wide range of athletic activities, including football, basketball, lacrosse, and wrestling. Beyond organized sports, the brothers frequently organized informal games, such as backyard baseball and street hockey, with neighborhood friends. This deep-rooted love for competition and sportsmanship has always been a defining characteristic of the Gaddy family.
With the unique advantage of brotherhood, the Gaddy brothers honed their skills by consistently evaluating each other’s gameplay, always striving to be the best in any sport they played. Their dedication earned them numerous awards, medals, and trophies.
Today, the Gaddy brothers remain avid supporters of competitive sports. Drawing on their extensive experience and lifelong passion, they have decided to channel their knowledge into a youth sports consulting firm, aiming to foster success and growth in the sports they have cherished throughout their lives for future generations.
Our Team
With the guidance and support of their father, Pastor James, and Communications major Dejuan Rodriguez, James Gaddy Jr. and his two brothers, Brandon and Isaiah, form the founding team behind Daddy Gaddy Sports Consulting. Each member brings a unique set of complementary skills and expertise, developed through education and professional experience. These skills range from hands-on coaching and athletic training to in-depth research in youth sports development, including areas such as emerging trends, sports equipment innovations, safety standards, and effective coaching techniques.
The team’s diverse backgrounds ensure a well-rounded approach to consulting, allowing them to address the multifaceted needs of youth sports programs. Their combined expertise positions Daddy Gaddy Sports Consulting to provide comprehensive, evidence-based solutions to help enhance the quality and effectiveness of sports initiatives for young athletes.
